With a foundation in accounting, finance, and strategic consulting, she served as a senior commercial banker at Wells Fargo, Comerica, and Lockheed Martin — managing multi-million dollar portfolios before transitioning to healthcare finance consulting in 2014. As Co-CEO, she shapes Consultex's vision and leads its growth as a national behavioral health revenue cycle partner.

A seasoned expert in healthcare practice management with a proven track record in forging enduring partnerships and driving strategic growth. Prior to co-founding Consultex, Hamit was a senior banker at Wells Fargo, Rabobank, and Mechanics Bank, managing multi-million dollar high-net-worth portfolios. A licensed real estate broker since 2005 and fluent Spanish speaker, he leads with a passion for transforming behavioral health through transparency and financial efficiency.

Lisa Marullo

Executive Director of RCM

Lisa oversees revenue cycle strategy, coding integrity, payer compliance, denial recovery, and reimbursement performance across the organization. She brings more than 35 years of healthcare revenue cycle experience, with specialized expertise in behavioral health, SUD, residential treatment, detox, IOP, PHP, Medicaid managed care, and community-based care reimbursement. She holds the CPC-P designation and a Master’s of Science in Health Sciences, Health Services Administration from the University of Central Florida.
