With over 30 years of experience in medical billing, I began my career in 1995 in a vascular surgery billing office and quickly developed comprehensive expertise across inpatient and outpatient services, wound care, office visits, and complex vascular testing for multiple providers, offices and hospital locations.

Throughout my career, I have not only built billing departments from the ground up but have also remained a hands-on, working Billing Manager.  My leadership style combines operational oversight with day-to-day involvement, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and maximum reimbursement.  I specialize in revenue optimization, trend analysis, monthly and year-end financial reporting, and developing future revenue projections based on data-driven insights.

After more than two decades in vascular billing, I transitioned into mental health and substance abuse billing-an area especially meaningful to me.  I bring the same precision, dedication, and financial stewardship to this field, treating every account as if it were my own.  My focus is always on capturing all eligible charges, securing appropriate reimbursement, and strengthening the financial health of the organizations I serve.
