With a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and specialized real estate, Candice excels in identifying and addressing strategic and tactical gaps within organizations, ensuring their sustainable growth.
In her distinguished career, Candice served as a senior commercial banker at esteemed institutions, including Wells Fargo, Comerica, and Lockheed Martin. During this time, she skillfully managed multi-million dollar portfolios for commercial real estate ventures and middle-to-large revenue companies, honing her expertise in financial strategy and business development. In 2014, Candice made a pivotal career choice, transitioning into the role of a senior finance and strategy consultant. Since then, she has been instrumental in guiding her clients toward enhanced business outcomes through strategic efficiency and innovative solutions in the healthcare industry.
As the Co-CEO of Consultex Practice Management, Candice plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s vision and direction. Her invaluable perspective, combined with her strategic acumen, has been instrumental in driving Consultex Practice Management’s success. Candice earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting with Honors and her Master’s in Accounting (MSA) from the University of Central Florida (UCF), showcasing her commitment to excellence in her field.
Beyond her professional achievements, Candice is passionate about fitness, and investments, and cherishes quality time spent with her seven beautiful children. Her multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication make her an indispensable leader, propelling Consultex Practice Management towards unparalleled success in the healthcare practice management industry.

Hamit Utush
Introducing Hamit, a seasoned expert in the healthcare practice management arena, with a proven track record in forging enduring partnerships and driving strategic success. With a rich background in banking spanning back to 2006, Hamit brings an analytical prowess and purposeful approach to the forefront of our team.
Prior to co-founding Consultex Practice Management, Hamit earned his undergraduate and MBA degrees from Saint Mary’s College of California. His extensive experience as a licensed real estate broker since 2005 and his tenure as a senior banker at institutions such as Wells Fargo, Rabobank, and Mechanics Bank have equipped him with a unique perspective in finance and value creation. Throughout his career, Hamit adeptly managed multi-million dollar portfolios for top-tier/high net-worth clients, consistently enhancing profitability.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Hamit is a devoted father to seven children and a fluent Spanish speaker. His bilingual proficiency and minority background empower him to lead with a passion for transforming the healthcare industry. Hamit is committed to ushering in new levels of transparency and efficiency, leveraging his extensive expertise as a seasoned banker, broker, and finance professional.
Currently, on his journey to attain the esteemed Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Hamit embodies our commitment to excellence and innovation in healthcare practice management outsourcing.
Director/Revenue Cycle Management
Lisa Marullo
Lisa Marullo is a seasoned executive-level manager with deep and extensive experience in the medical billing industry for the last 30 years. In addition, as a holder of the coveted certified professional coder designation, she has successfully advanced revenue cycle management directives and improved team unification to further establish and increase the organization’s profitability.
Lisa is passionate about leveraging this dynamicity to not just exceed processing and practice management objectives but also do so while propelling various community initiatives forward.
Before joining Consultex Practice Management (CPM), Lisa held various leadership roles in the medical sector specializing in coding/coding regulations and the regulatory reporting requirements of healthcare operations as related to CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10 coding conventions.
Lisa earned her undergraduate in English Literature as well as her Master of Science in Health Services Administration (MSHS) from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Lisa also holds the prestigious Certified Professional Coder designation (CPC-P).
Outside of work, Lisa is an avid college football fan and enjoys baking and reading in her spare time.

Kaylee McRoy
Kaylee McRoy is a dynamic professional who is passionate about positioning organizations and stakeholders alike for sustainable success, advancement, and scalability. Kaylee brings a proven track record involving cross-functional communications, claim analytics, credentialing, auditing, contract analysis, claims coding, U/R review, and A/R follow-up.
Applying that to Consultex Practice Management (CPM), Kaylee is ardent about materializing team and client initiatives, as well as conceptualizing outcomes that create positive, mutually beneficial impacts.
Overall, Kaylee is a firm believer that strong relationships lead to strong success, and every effort at Consultex Practice Management rests on a passion for both helping and seeing others advance.
Outside of work, Kaylee enjoys spending time with her fiancé, family, and friends.
